Who we are
Greydog AI is an AI-assisted consulting platform. We help organizations understand where AI can create real value in their operations — and where it can't. Our registered contact is nikola@greydog.ai.
What data we collect
We only collect what's necessary:
- Waitlist form: your name, work email, company, and the problem you described.
- Claire conversations: the full transcript of your chat, including any email address you choose to share.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, pages visited). We don't use tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To follow up on your inquiry personally.
- To send you a summary of your conversation with Claire (only if you share your email).
- To help Claire improve over time — she reviews her own conversations and refines her approach. No human reads transcripts unless you escalate to a human engagement.
- We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for marketing.
AI disclosure
Claire is an AI agent powered by Claude (Anthropic). She says so clearly at the start of every conversation. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
Every Greydog engagement is backed by Nikola Cvetanovski, a human consultant, who can be brought in at any point. We are transparent about what is AI and what is human.
Data storage
Conversation data and waitlist submissions are stored in Supabase (hosted in the US). Email notifications are sent via Resend. We retain data for as long as it is useful for your engagement — typically 2 years — after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete everything. We will, within 30 days.

SMS / text messaging
If you book a service appointment through one of our AI phone receptionist agents, you may receive a one-time SMS confirmation with your appointment date, time, and a callback number. This is a transactional message tied directly to your phone call — not a marketing list.
- Message frequency: one confirmation message per booking. We don't send recurring or promotional texts.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- We do not share or sell your mobile number to any third party for marketing purposes.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or email nikola@greydog.ai.
Cookies
We don't use tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set are functional ones from our hosting providers (Netlify, Fly.io) for basic security purposes.
Changes to this document
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and note what changed. We won't bury it.
